Spring starts with a gush!

A gush of blood that is. Skyler cut the under side of his chin, jumping around in the backyard. Steph and I both have that same scar from childhood. The under chin gash from running and tripping. Steph ran him to the emergency room to get a patch job. Steph said the word "stitches" and Sky freaked! "No I am not getting stitches! I dont want stitches!"We will see what he comes home with. I know he's not happy.

Spring is here!

We are having so much fun enjoying this wonderful sunny weather! We welcomed spring with a jam-packed weekend of fun in the sun.

Friday night we grilled in the backyard, Nancy and the kids came over and the boys all ran around like maniacs blasting rockets and playing in the backyard.

Saturday was George Peabody's Skate Day - Skyler skated and Zac rode his trike and the razor board. Matt did taxes. Saturday night we grilled again. Yanicke, Jude and Zen came over, Nancy, Zoey and Benito came over, we all hung out in the backyard, the kids played and the gals had Ladies Night (and Matt had Bootie to DJ).

Sunday we had Nana and Kevin over, we met Nancy and the kids, Rufus and Afton, at the park for a picnic in front of the Conservatory of Flowers. Nana brought kites and the kids ran around flying them (not much wind but they had fun) and rode their bikes. Sunday night Nancy and kids stayed for pasta dinner and cookies.
