Really reading, ZYX and the planets

You can read. You are doing great, you are just amazing. I am so proud you can read already. Mom knew you could too. Hop on Pop, All Tall, See Bee, Cup on Pup.

You can say the ZYX's. That is the alphabet backwards. Of course you learned it forwards when you were 2.

The solar system is no mystery to you. You know all 9 planets in the correct order. Very impressive. And it's only getting better.

Spaghetti twirl

Tonight we ate pasta and you twirled it on your fork all by yourself. I sat and watched to make sure you didn't choke on the noodles. You did great and asked for more.

You told me that outer space and planets are really cool. We agree. We think you are really cool and smart and wonderful and so many other great things.

Disney on Ice

The Incredibles visit Disneyland: We went to the Cow Palace with friends Kai, Steve & Tia. How nice of them to invite us. We watched the Incredibles take their vacation at Disneyland (on ice) as they save Disneyland from the evil robot-Syndrome (long explanation only relevant to kids) as they visit many of the different attractions in Disneyland. Two words sum up Disney-on-ice: Totally Cool - (pun intended)

RIP Puppy (kitty cat)

Our sweet old kitty, Puppy, is gone. Skyler said that someday, when he grows up, he is going to invent a medicine that will bring your cat back to you after he dies so he can be alive again. What a sweet kid. I told him to study and work hard and he could accomplish anything and make miracles happen (even if that wish probably isn't one of them).
