I know that!

Either You have a question about everything -"Why?" or you know everything. You think you can do everything, sometimes it can help if we show you first. You're very independent and strong willed. You are very confident and are not shy to assert your wishes. You prefer everything to go how you want or say. You are making strides doing what others like to do as well. You understand consequences, yet you test the boundries almost daily.

You can spell words - the _ug's, _ig's, _at's, and so on. You counted to 230 one night on the way to Guitar Center, you can add single digit numbers, You have known how to spell your name for a long time, you know our address & phone number and can dial it on the phone.

Lately the bedtime routine has included 4 and 4 and 4 and 4. That's 4 hugs and 4 kisses and 4 hugs and 4 kisses. THAT is the greatest.

You are certain that: We live on the biggest planet, you are the fastest in the whole world, you have 100 toys and other kids only have 20, cat's don't have teeth, you will live 1000 years, kiddie pools are for cats, and many other wonderful funny things.

Kai's 3rd B-day

Our little friend Kai had her birthday party in the park by their house. Lots of kids, parents and fun. Tia and Steve had food, snacks and the BIGGEST chocolate cake, a princes pinata and we all sang happy birthday. Skyler ran around with the boys and then ran around with the girls, he thought his Superman goodie bag was the best and as we left he gave Kai a kiss (sooo cute) and Tia gave him a second goodie bag, this one Spiderman - he scored!

Stuff we did

We went ice skating at Yerba Buena. You didnt fall - I did.
We had a ceramics class at Randall museum. We made a landscape, and painted it. We had lots of fun.
You asked for a baby sister. That would be nice.
I sat next to you in the back seat while mommy drove. Just like in Mexico.
You asked if I would be your teacher and not go into the office any more. That would be wonderful.
We saw Charlotte's Web in the theatre - it was almost 2 hours but you watched the whole movie without any troubles.
When I leave for work, you ask for 2 extra hugs and kisses. Anyday, anytime.
Superman is cool. You thanked mom for getting you the old Superman cartoons.
We play Twister - you can read which hand/foot, We play plenty of Zingo, Old Maid, Go Fish, Lincoln Logs and puzzles.
You are very good at your math and learning books. Easily solving Kindergarten and 1st grade level problems. You are so smart - and we are so proud of you.

There's plenty more that you do wonderful and amazing. Everyday is remarkable. You are such a joy. We love you SO much. We are so lucky to have you.
