Skyler's BIG joke

What a wonderful birthday week! First Skyler had his Pirate/Star Wars birthday party with all his little friends, then his grandparents Ahmee & Baba came to visit.

We all went to dinner at Asqew and Jules told the joke "what's black and white and read all over? answer: a newspaper", then I told my dad's version "what's black and white and red all over? answer: a zebra with a sunburn". Skyler then made up his very own joke "What's big and gray and brown all over? answer: an elephant that pooped on himself!" Then, when everyone laughed at that one, he said "What's big and gray and YELLOW all over? We all cracked up and said "an elephant that PEED on itself!!"

Arrgh! Now you are 5!

Sat. Sept. 15th - Star Wars Pirate Birthday Party. That means a Pirate birthday cake (a cool one!) and Star Wars decorations. Fun was had by all. Your pals from school Zachary from Discoveryland, Trevor and Julia who were at Discoveryland, but now are in your class at Peabody, Elise, and Benito and Zoe, Julia also brought her little brother Mateo. It was lots of fun. We made pirate hats, we played find the burried tresure in the sandbox, and we played pin the tail on the donkey. Arrgh the force was with us and we had a a terrific pirate Star Wars day.

Ahmee and Baba came into town to visit and celebrate your birthday. They were so happy to see how you have grown and what an amazing child you are. They love you very much.

Happy Birthday son. We are so happy you are here to share your life with us. And like I told you, we decided to have another child because you turned out so wonderful. The best gift I ever got was you, now I get to have one more awesome gift this week! Amazing!
