"You oughta be in pictures"

Zac is still enjoy sucking on his toes, fingers and just about anything else he can get his hands on. He's got smiling, sparkling blue eyes and a big gummy grin. He's rolling all around, tummy and back again, and pushing up on his arms - getting ready to crawl. Making ah-goo baby sounds and laughing and smiling - everywhere we go people tell him "You oughta be in pictures".

They used to say the same thing about Skyler - extra cute must run in the family!!

Uncle Kevin's big boo-boo

Poor Uncle Kevin had a bit of bad (horrible) luck last Friday and we want to send extra big GET WELL SOON hugs and kisses to help heal the compound fractured, now surgically attached with pins, rods and plates, forearm bones that he busted up while skateboarding!

"What is he doing! Doesn't he know he has a baby on the way!" Steph said to mom. "What, is he supposed to stop living? He's doing what he enjoys and that's living." said my mom - the lady that jumped from a plane and broke her knee skateboarding at 40 - she does know how to enjoy life!

Heal fast please Kevin, we're waiting for you here in SF!

I read now

Skyler can read. Lots. Not every word but many. Amazing! This is me with my new baby brother. What could I be thinking right here? We can only guess.

I'm looking forward to 1st grade but I have to graduate from Kindergarten first.

I am getting big, I am a fast runner and I love my family.

Happy soul, big smiles, easy to laugh, loves the people in his life. Reaches out and grabs things. Grabs his feet and pulls them to his mouth, sucks on his toes. Loves to look at himself in the mirror. Rolls over and holds up head and chest.

The City College researcher that monitored him at a baby class said, "I'm supposed to be completely impartial but that is a CUTE baby! He's so smiley that I have to interact!"
