Star Wars, everything Star Wars, all of the time
Upon our return from Disneyland (see website) - You have discovered the magic of Star Wars. We have only let you watch the 1st movie (A New Hope:Episode IV).
You walk around humming the theme songs, and singing the "Star Wars" lyrics "Star Wars, everything Star Wars, all of the time" (ok let me explain - there's no real lyrics, just the ones that Bill Murray made up on SNL back in the early 80's). But they fit perfectly. Oh, did I mention you can play the melody on the keyboard. Most impressive young Jedi.
You want to watch all the movies, but there is too much violence and fighting. Plus these stories arent exactly kiddie stories. We have to explain everything to you. Who is good, bad, mean, evil, and why.
You have figured out the time line of the Characters (Darth is Luke's father), that they made the first three movies (The Luke Skywalker Years) and then they went back to cover the Annakin Years.
You want us to make our own Star Wars movie. And you created the title "The Dread of the Evil Darth". We both think that's a wonderful title.
You want to make Star Wars movies when you grow up. To help fill in the blanks on the timeline. You mentioned Luke and Leia as children, and Darth Maul movies need to be made. Those both sound like great ideas. Make us proud.
Love - Mom and Dad.
