New stuff you do

We got you your first pair of scissors. That was my idea. They're the blunt nose type. We've been doing a lot of fun stuff.

You called me from mommy's mobile phone yesterday to tell me that in your swim class, you kicked while you held on to the floating barbells all by yourself. Awesome!

When we went to the Renaissance faire a few weeks ago Nana bought you a sword. Yep, a real (wooden) sword just like in the movies. It's completely safe and great fun when we feel like playing Peter Pan and Captain Hook. We shot a bow & arrow too. Of course, you said "no, I know how to do it".
